Pretenders

This is an original Bronze Dance Sculpture by Israeli artist Gadi Fraiman. The name of the sculpture is Pretenders. In the words of the artist himself:

“Two flowing, interconnected figures join together in dance. They are close and intimately touching, yet distanced by the veil of the masks. This seeming contradiction reflects the complex yet thrilling nature of human relations. Often we hide our deepest emotions with masks, fearing vulnerability, yet we continue to dance together bravely, full of playful excitement.”
